Description of service
RoozBook provides cloud-based tools for customer credit, recovery, inventory, and daily operations management for distributors. Features vary by plan.
Accounts & responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, the confidentiality of your credentials, and the activity of users you add to your account.
Subscription & billing
RoozBook is billed per route, per month, according to your selected plan. Fees, route caps, and add-ons are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Data & content ownership
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf.
Service availability
We aim for high availability and regular backups, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance and factors beyond our control may affect uptime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoozBook is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
